Hello Washington at 618 Washington Avenue is a boutique condo development that distinctly stands apart from other buildings. The building’s footprint, exposed circulation, public spaces and stepped balconies facing its rear courtyard resulted from creative zoning analysis and interpretation for providing natural light and ventilation.
