Inserted in an existing brick building in Upper East Side New York City, Park Avenue Dialysis is ZAD’s first large Dialysis Center design for a public Health Care Organization. The strictly interior design program located within a historic building with lumber structural supports required almost surgical interventions for design systems and equipment.
