Ida is the studio’s Dedicated Office Administrator and ZAD public relations executive, with over 30 years of experience. Skilled in business administration, she oversees all project accounts and is the designated point of contact for client relations.
Her excellent communication skills, effective time management, and team organization stewards office productivity and boost design team efficiency. Ida leads by example with a devoted work ethic, diplomacy with clients, and proven results. Her tasks include:
Organize team meetings, staffing needs, and project schedules
Create and maintain the scheduling of all project teams
Directs studio’s communication policies and standards
Responsible for budget development and monthly reports
Streamlining documentation procedures to meet quarterly deadlines
